I'm Hill-Air's customers for 20 years. My experience with their staff and technicians especially in the last five years have been great. Whenever I called, there always friendly staff there. Service and sales people are respectful and do the best job they can. They fix things efficiently. They're thoughtful putting their disposable booties on before stepping in my place. In all, this is a trustable company that I recommend.

We have had Hill Air come to our home in March and September every year for the past 6 years for AC and furnace maintenance check ups. The technician is always on the time promised. We've been signed up for preventative maintenance for years and have always had a positive experience. Our technician, ***** * called prior to arriving and was at our home in the time frame that was told to us when we set up this appointment. My whole experience started with a bi-annual service visit. Found that the 18 year old system had some problems. After discussing options with ***, * decided that a replacement of the entire system would be the best option. *** explained the options in detail and the Comfortmaker was our best option. The work was scheduled and completed within the following week. Installers did an excellent job and did a great job cleaning up. Met with *** again after the installation for a review and some explanations on maintenance. Were very satisfied with the workmanship and attention to detail...Hill Air Heating & Air Conditioning
