      This ongoing process has been beyond frustrating. My partner and I submitted our results originally 6/09/25 and were told that we would receive our results one week later. 6/18/25 to be exact. Once that day came we had not received any information. So I called them to get an update. We were told that there wasnt enough fetal DNA so the mother needed to retest. Understandable. We retested 6/21/25. We were told we would receive our results early July. Again we had not received any update by the end of the day they promised so I called to get a better understanding. I was told that I called in and canceled my test. I knew that myself nor my partner canceled the test and demanded further explanation. Some how, an employee canceled our test in error when someone else called in to cancel their own test. Unbelievable. Once this error was noticed the company told us that our samples were still in *** so there was no need to retest. We were then told that we would receive our results on the 7th. The 7th came and we were told our results would come the 8th. Then the 9th. Then the 10th to the 11th. Once the 11th came we were told retesting was needed again They received samples 7/18/25 and we were told we would receive our results 7/22/25. 7/24/25 we were told that we need to retest again because of lack of fetal DNA, and the test needed to happen in 2 weeks. I find this extremely hard to believe because we just had our 2nd visit with the ***** on 7/18/25 and NIPT testing was done to reveal any health issues and the *** of the fetus. It appears that this company is not capable of producing results and know this internally, but continue to string you along. This company lacks drastically in quality, customer service, and integrity.

      I would like a refund. I was quoted 5 business days for the **** test, which I paid $1450 for. I attended my appointment, samples were sent, but by 5 business days I hadn’t heard anything. I sent 2 emails which went unanswered. By the 7th business day I got an email saying my sample didn’t have enough fetal DNA, even though I was 17.5 weeks at the time of the test. They offered a retest, but it had to be 2 weeks from the initial appointment. Between that and lack of testing center appointments I had to wait an additional 2.5 weeks past when I should have gotten my results just to retest. This time they said they would expedite the process and it would take only 3 business days. I take my test Monday, the testing center employee assures me the samples will be sent out ***** overnight to the center and they will confirm they received on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes with no email or contact from the center saying my samples were received. This is now pushing my results from 3 business days to 4, and my results from this week to next week! Still have not received confirmation that my blood sample -something In need of refrigeration and that can be compromised quickly with inaccurate handling- was received and it is almost close of business Wednesday. Meanwhile, we are anxiously on hold waiting for the results, needing to plan and prepare for a baby that’s due in four months!! For how serious and sensitive the test is, for what is at stake, for how much the test costs, and for what was promised to me by the representatives of this company throughout the process, this is unacceptable. Again, I want my $1450 back.

      I am writing to express my frustration and confusion regarding the inconsistent information Ive received about the status of my sample and testing timeline.I was informed by the sales consultant that I would receive my results either today or Monday. However, today at approximately 2:20 PM, I spoke with a manager named ***** (ext. ****), who told me that my sample had not been received. This directly contradicts **** tracking, which confirms that the package was delivered and/or picked up on 6/5/25 at 11:33 AM.***** then stated that the sales consultant gave me incorrect information and assured me she could expedite the process to a 1-day turnaround instead of the typical 2 days. Yet, just ten minutes later at 2:30 PM, I received an email from ****** *. stating that the sample had NOT been received and that it takes 710 business days for samples to be logged before testing even ********* a paying customer, I am extremely concerned by the contradictory messages and lack of internal communication. I respectfully request:1.Clarification on the actual status of my sample.2.Accurate timelines for logging and testing, as well as delivery of results.3.An explanation for the conflicting information I was given by your representatives.4.Confirmation of any expedited processing, as discussed with *****.I expect clear and honest communication moving forward. Please respond urgently with the correct and confirmed information.

      We paid an additional $30 for expedited two days results was supposed to receive results 1/30 received email on 29th stating we would get results 1/31. I called and complain because we paid for faster results while on phone we received another email stating delayed until 2/3 by 7:00 pm for results . Called back and they said well we are trying to extract enough dna to get results ok no problem. 2/3 we get another email , another delay now we are said to have results by 2/5 at 7:00 pm! This is sooooo disappointing! On 2/5 I expect we will just receive another delayed results email… they do not stand behind their word at all. It would have been better if we used a different lab - I do not recommend at all!

      Really would not recommend. While the customer service over the phone is great, the email communication and delay in results is not okay. I paid extra for expedited results on a NIPP test (very urgently needed) was told results would be ready January 27th, then bumped to the 30th. Then I still didn’t get my results so I called and apparently my results won’t be ready until the 4th. I had to call to find this out as no one updated me. I don’t even care for my results anymore because the anxiety of all of this has been awful. If I could go back I would just not bother. Huge let down.

      The business practice is terrible. I was quoted one price at the time of the DNA collection, of which I agreed to and paid half of the fee. Then I received an invoice following the DNA testing that was 1.5 times the fee that I had been quoted. When I raised it with the specialist, the supervisor asked if I'd compromise and pay a slightly higher fee. I'm shocked this place is still in business. With the increased fee, I asked to pay the amount in December since I had budgeted for the original fee. The specialist agreed to that. When I called in December to pay the bill that had added fees that was not part of the originally agreed upon fee, I was informed that my account had been sent to collections. The specialist kept insisting that I contact the collections agency, even though I never receive a notification of my account being sent to collections and the business had initially agreed to accept payment in December due to their increased charge that I hadn't agreed to. This is a terrible practice of business.

      Absolutely horrendous experience! We did the prenatal paternity test. Firstly, it is near impossible to get ahold of someone. They've been having "system outages" constantly since I first reached out to them 11/6/24, and wait holds are often 60min+. I was double charged my deposit and despite emailing several times with proof it took a week to get a response from someone who said I'd be refunded (it's 11/15 and haven't received it yet). When my partner and I went to the lab we were told that our appointments weren't connected in the system and if we hadn't told them specifically, our samples would have never been ran against eachother. They did offer a discount and free expedited processing to make up for all the issues, but then we received an email that the lab needed more time to process the samples. So it went from us getting them on the 14th to them having another "total system outage" preventing us from accessing our results. It's approximately 1pm on Friday the 15th, they close in a few hours, and we still don't have our results. So I'm fearful our 11/14 projection is actually going to be closer to the 18th. And that's best case scenario! Genuinely have had an issue at every single step of this process. This company should be ashamed for how it treats such sensitive matters. Thank you to Michael and Rusty for being the only people who respond regularly and quickly to customers. You're sincerely appreciated!

      Horrible customer service. I was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes before a real person answered the phone. After explaining the situation, I was told (very rudely), that it was another entities problem and that I would need to contact them. I explained I had talked to them and was told to contact the DDC. She said we can't help you and she hung up. It's obvious they could care less about the person they are speaking to, but it's people's lives that they are dealing with. Perhaps, the people who work there should be replaced!! I would never, ever recommend using this company!!! I would recommend searching for another service to use besides this one. It's crazy that they make you select a star rating before you can submit your review. They don't deserve the 1 star I had to click!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
