              January 31, 2024 Purchased and received leather sectional. 2 items were delivered damaged. Morris offered repair, we insisted on replacement as these items are leather and expensive. Morris says will exchange by the end of March due to inventory issues. Meantime 2 separate teams visited our home and came to fix the couch (was never put together correctly by original delivery team) until the replacement arrived. One team failed but reported the ticket as completed. Second team (after calling to request, they never called me) succeeded in fixing the couch so we could use it. April 9, 2024 Morris says original exchange was canceled (why and by whom?) and too much time has elapsed to get satisfaction with exchange for undamaged items as originally agreed.

              In 2022 I Bought a couch, loveseat, an end table and coffee table, got the couch and loveseat, within a few weeks of purchase, waiting in the coffee table and end table. They never came. 2 years later, I get a $1200 charge in my card. Call it in for fraud they claim I authorized the payment for said coffee and end table. Still never received said furniture. How can a company charge your card 2 years later. With a new 5 year 0% interest till 2029. On the statement it said new charge purchase date march 2nd, 2024. I haven’t used this card in 2 years and paid the balance in full. Never open up a credit card through morris furniture, they may add charges that you might not catch. Especially if you still have a balance on your card. I only noticed it because I’ve had it paid off for 2 years.
