    Bottled water. Had no problems until Sept. 2024 then bills were wrong. Tried calling hard to ever get a person to answer. Finally had enough of the poor service and cancelled our service in Dec. 2024. They owed us a refund in Jan. Have called them several times since 3/6/25 was told it had been submitted to give them 6-8 weeks to receive it. Started calling 6/16/25 to say I still have not received refund. Finally got someone today who tells me it has been submitted to corporate in Florida and they have no control over when the refund gets sent out.

    Good afternoon,
    I can certainty understand your frustration on why this has taken so long to resolve and for that I do apologize. I personally looked into this and followed the notes provided that did not provide me a clear answer. I got with the OM at the branch and submitted the refund to our refund department. They will process the refund request; it will comeback for my approval. After that your refund will then be sent out. Timeline for you to receive this should be the 1st week of July. Please contact me if there is anything else I can help you with.

    We have been with this company for years and not had a problem until recently. I've called and called with no response even when I have left multiple voicemails for a call back. I have left messages with every line option they have-residential, businesses, service and delivery and still not one return call. We pay for monthly delivery for jugs of water and rent 4 different water coolers from them. We've been out of water and have yet to receive an automated call telling me of our next delivery will be. We have probable 20 empty jugs that's been sitting and no ones come. All I'd like is answers if and when we'll be serviced and I understand staffing issues but the lack of communication and not being able to speak to a real person is making want to look for a new service provider. I am going to speak with the owner of my company about a few other options I've found this week so hopefully this will help other who've been having the same issue not waste their time continuing to call them. Horrible customer service and lack of communication on a service we're paying for and not receiving. Why rent water coolers when we have no water to use in them.

    My apologies. We do want to make things right by you. if you could share with me where you are on the base so I can track down your account. By now i would probably think that your water was delivered. However, I want to address the issues that went wrong.

    This company has extremely poor communication and customer service. Numerous times in the last year my water delivery never came and no communication as to why. Two times it was because their distiller broke. I cancelled my service back in December and am still currently trying to get my billed resolved. I have gone back and forth with someone via email who tell me one thing and the days later get a bill via email. Don’t bother calling them because their customer service reps are not helpful or pleasant.

    I have never experienced customer as bad as this company. The website is down. They are unreliable and unresponsive. I need to change my delivery and could never get in contact with anyone. Now, I just want to cancel my account and can’t get in contact with anyone. Absolutely terrible service.

    They haven't picked up over 28 bottles of mine for over 3 months. I've been trying to schedule a delivery but apparently their site is going to continue to be down---its been over 2 months! I called to schedule them to come and get them 2 weeks ago. Was told they'd be in contact with me and they still haven't. My bill just keeps stacking since I'm not getting my return credits cause they WON'T pick up the bottles OR deliver water. It's turning into a huge scam!
    I've been a customer for over a decade. It's getting worse and worse.

    We had aqua Falls for 10 years
    When Colligan Water bought them out, things went downhill quickly.
    From not showing up.
    To the billing.
    We finally canceled after finding bottled water locally.
    We returned 7-8 bottles
    We was told we would have a refund check by November 30 2023
    Called December 18 because we haven’t heard anything or seen a refund check yet. Was told there was no refund check that they could find on file that I would not be getting a refund.
    They deleted my account the same day I canceled my account. So I could not pull up my online account. To show proof of the bottles I SHOULD have gotten a refund on.
    Told me I would receive my refund in the mail.
    We called twice in November to check on the refund.
    That’s when we was told by November 30.
    Now they can’t find anything on my account. And was not willing to help resolve the problem.
    Save yourself the trouble and just get your bottle water at Lowe’s or Walmart.
    It’s cheaper and no bottle fees.

    I have been a customer for over 25 years. This past year has been a nightmare. Last month I was billed $40.00 some dollars. I had 6 empty bottles to return. ($6.00 each deposit. ). The driver only picked up 3 of them. They called me twice to tell me that they would deliver yesterday but did not deliver or pick up empties (3) for the deposit. When I called, the representative was rude and said they do not have room on their truck to get all the bottles so they do not pick them up. Then said they did not deliver because I did not pay my bill. I said I would pay my bill when these are picked up and I am given credit. I stopped using their dispenser in the fall when it malfunctioned and they did not pick up for 3 months as it sat on my front porch. They said they did not have any units to let me have but they continued to deliver water! I ended up purchasing a dispenser from Lowe’s so that I would be able to use water. I want an adjustment to my bill for this extremely poor service. I cannot give these folks any stars but it will not allow me to post unless I give at least one star. This company is now Culligan Water although it is still listed here as Aqua Falls.

    This company keeps billing me for charges not incurred. I cancelled my service and drove to their office and turned everything in. The final bill was presented and paid. Now they want to charge me for a charge that was waived by a customer service representative along with a returned check fee (not sure where they are getting this, it's for the same charge the service rep waived). They took me out of the system at that time and I no longer have an active account. Stop billing me for a bogus charge and do better by your customers. You rarely see a positive review. They do nothing but deflect and put the blame on the customer. However are you still in business? Just leave me alone. I'm done with you.

    I really don't know how they stay in business!!!! They don't answer the phone most of the time, if you get their answering service they say they will give them the message and have them call us back which is waste of time coz they never call back. For past 2-3 months if not longer, water has not been delivered when they say it will. When we call and finally get someone, they give excuses like, truck broke down, no driver, ran out of 3 gallon bottles, weather. Last time we got in touch with them to order water and to tell them there was something floating in one of the bottles and that they owed us a bottle, they gave us a day it would be delivered and they didn't show up. This happened 3 times before they finally came and we never got credit for the bottle we had to throw out because something was floating in it!!!! I am getting sick and tired of not having water delivered when they say it will be delivered, calling and not getting any answer and price increase and lousy service!!!

    Sorry to hear that the service you come to expect has not been what you received the last few months. We have made necessary correction to our delivery department as well as hiring additional staff in our office to help better customer experience. I believe you should see this as we move forward. As to your account credit for the bottle you describe. I do see that that was issued on 2/24/2023. I also see that there is a scheduled delivery for 3/1/2023.     This business has went downhill considerably. I had major issues with delivery in October and November. After completing a customer satisfaction survey I received an email asking me to give them a break because they were short on drivers. This month they once again didn't show up as scheduled. I called and explained I not only needed water but I now have seven empty bottles they are charging me for that I can't return because I never know when they are coming. They promised to make a delivery today but the truck literally drove by my house without stopping. I called the office to remind them I needed my water and needed bottles picked up. They laughed and said he was on his way. It's now 10PM and there are still empty bottles sitting on my porch. They make it difficult to contact them but when I'm able I'm asking them to pick up their bottles as well as their cooler. Horrible customer service and no accountability. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
