Refund and Exchange Policy

Clients must pay 50% of the total cost of the invoice 7 business days prior to the workshop/seminar etc. The remainder of the invoice is due following the presentation. Clients will receive a refund if they cancel 7 business days prior to the designated date of workshop. If the client would like to postpone a workshop, they can do so as long as they reschedule within 7 business days of original date.

In regard to products, customers have 30 days to return any products for a full refund.
