Had a water softener professionally installed in 3/2021 by *****, apparently in/out hoses were installed incorrectly. As a result resin leaked into my pipes, appliances, toilets, fixtures etc. This resulted in a flood in my laundry room due to resin clogged inlet filters in the hoses on my washer. The water then leaked damaging************* in the laundry room, subfloor, down through floor to ceiling, and walls in my kitchen. ***** came out and refused to assume responsibility for the erroneous install and subsequent damages. Advised me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance, then have submitted to their insurance. There is resin in all 4 toilets of my new construction home, fountain, and showers, and who knows where else as a result of a faulty install. Home is new construction less than one year old, appliances are all brand new as well, as a result of the shoddy install by ***** all are in jeopardy. Not to mention my new home has multiple eye sores that will be visible during Thanksgiving dinner to be hosted at my home in less than a week. Extremely unprofessional, lack of accountability, and empathy for your mistake *****. I will be pursuing every available recourse to restore my home to it's optimal state! I worked hard for everything I own, to have it damaged as a result of a negligent business is deplorable and unethical. I'm appalled and regret ever contacting this horrible business.
