    This company did a roof repair for me and stated it came with a 15 year warranty. The roof that they repaired / sealed is leaking again and I have called them multiple times and they are not returning my phone call. I want the warranty repair I was promised on my roof to be taken care of and repaired correctly immediately.

     The leaking the customer is referring too, was caused by another roofing company that did additional work on the roof after we did.  It did not leak until this other company did work.

    I am rejecting this response because: that was a discussion since the building next door did have some roof repairs done, but there is zero actual proof that is what occurred. They did repair the rip they found in the previously repaired area though however it was done right before a heavy rain so we will see if that is a solid repair.
