    Sent letters saying I owed more than I did. Then wouldn't allow payments to be made. I called again a few weeks later hoping to talk to someone new but it's only Jane the manager and she lied saying that I didn't reach out and I didn't try to do payments. I said yes I did and she said well the. Let me set up automatic payments. I said no automatic and she replied they won't accept any other other payments that I don't know how payment plans work. Degrading me. The last time I called I had all the money to pay it off 210.00. she said I now owed 310.00. she claimed that a letter was mailed telling me I owed 310.00. which wasn't true. And she said I made no efforts to call them and pay debt. I said yes I did each time speaking to her. She then said yes I see it now and told me the dates. She still refuses to change the price.. very rude and disrespectful person!

    Added fines and fees for a debt which was a mistake unwilling to work to resolution. Lies to make you feel as if your against a wall and have no way out.
