2 starsGreat product and fast delivery. Deducting stars because I requested a lock to be keyed to a specific key code in the order notes section and asked to be contacted if this was an issue. The lock I received was not keyed as requested and my request was even reworded and put on the packing list. I attempted to contact customer service 3 times and only got an answering machine. I guess I decided to live with it and juggle multiple keys for my camper which is not what I wanted to do. 5 stars for product and delivery, 2 stars for customer service.RVupgrades.com
