5 starsReceived on time - your tracking and notifications were helpful and accurate.
Box was very badly ripped open in multiple places with parts hanging out.
I contacted your customer service rep (Carter) and was given options to ship back immediately for replacement or refund, or open, inspect and proceed.
I opted for open and inspect (as replacement would have come from the same warehouse), and found all parts to be there and appeared OK.
Your customer service rep (Carter) let me know that return or replacement is still available if I find any fitment or other problems.
Will not be able to install for another week or two - but so far I am impressed with the ease of dealing with RV Upgrades. Thank you!Review fromJohn L

5 starsThe order came through as anticipated and the thermostat was a simple install. This product is far superior to the Dometic thermostat that came with our RT Simplicity. This is what should have come with the RV from the manufacturer. The price is fair and it's working as advertised. 5 starsI have not had the time to install it as of yet. I look forward to installing it myself. It looks like a nice unit. It is built really well. I hope the installation goes well. Thank you for your service. It was delivered in a sturdy box and had not damage.
