    We purchased our windows in Nov 2021, they were installed in May of 2022. The installed was a disaster with a poor crew who did terrible work. We have had nothing but issues and terrible communication to get problems resolved. Apex and ****** both admitted the crew did not install correctly but struggled with how to correct. In Dec 2023 we complained again about cold air and gaps. Multiple people came out over a couple months to review how to fix. Once they thought they had a solution to fix they sent out a contractor to correct. When the contractor pulled the first window they realized ALL the windows were installed wrong and needed replaced. Finally on May 1st we had all windows replaced. No one from Apex or ****** came out to oversee the job, no one has contacted us to discuss if we are satisfied. Blaine from Apex told me that they would
    Discuss compensation for our 2 years of trouble after the install of the replacement windows. They are now ghosting us. We cannot believe how poorly we are being treated after spending so much money. The inconvenience of constantly moving furniture, taking blinds and curtains down with their many visits, cleaning up and touching up paint and paying for a plumber to unclog the toilet their workers clogged deserves a response.

    Blaine went above and beyond and assisted with some shudders I have to make the install go as planned. Local company with great ownership. I would highly recommend calling them when you are in the market for new windows.
