    Im leaving this here because I dont know any other way to make someone aware. Ive tried contacting VGL directly and was met with skepticism from an office worker. How to reach someone higher up? As a tenant at a rental property owned by VGL, its very frustrating when theres no one to hold a property manager accountable. The fact that the property manager here can just hang up on tenants mid-conversation, tell their employees not to answer phone calls from specific tenants (or to just hang up on them when they call), continue to defend ******************* who are crossing boundaries with tenants, etc - I just dont understand how this has continued here as long as it has. Since signing my lease, I have had nothing but issues with having maintenance request performed in a timely manner or accurately. And every time I try contacting my leasing office about these issues, they make it seem like I am the problem. I am paying a lot of money to live here and dont like feeling disrespected or ignored. My most recent issue is due to the property manager telling me she would be reaching out to me personally, and never hearing back. After waiting for weeks, when I finally made contact to ask if I was ever going to hear back, Im basically being laughed at and hung up on. Who holds these people accountable? Clearly no one. I feel bad for the other tenants at any VGL Properties, but specifically *******. I dont really care if you guys have this removed. I just felt like I needed to make someone aware.

    We are in receipt of your review and take full responsibility for the delay in getting your window and screen repaired in a timely manner.

    Please accept our apology for any inconvenience that may have caused. We will gladly deduct $200.00 from your July 2025 rent.

    To resolve this matter, we will have our maintenance lead tech, **** at your unit on Thursday, June 12th, 2025, to make the necessary repairs as requested.

    If this date is inconvenient for you, please reschedule with the leasing office.
