    Don't purchase from this company. Ordered an AED in February 2025, then they kept cancelling the order (I think because of Back orders) I kept calling and they finally shipped one. We received that *** in March. Then 1 week later we received another AED. (one of the cancelled orders must have gone thru) I called and got a Return Authorization and we shipped the second on back. They received it April 9th. After several calls our credit card was just credited on May 28. I appears this company is purposely charging your CC then using the money for 2 months, while explaining they are too busy to get the credit done! Don't buy ***'s from this company!!

    I belong to a HOA in ******** ******. We are a 55 and over community. We purchased 2 AED units to have a defibrillator available in case of a ************** on our clubhouse property. The unit we purchased has an advertised 3 year warranty. It failed in 6 to 7 months. We returned it to Cardio Partners **** for repair in April 2004. AS of November they will not honor their warranty *** refuse to communicate or replace the unit ************************ in non responsive.
