      I have been a customer of this landscaping service since 2019, the last time being June 2021. I have been extremely satisfied with their service. They were very professional, prompt and did the work as promised. On October 27, however, I contacted Landscaping 365 to service my yard (fall cleanup). They were to cut down my perennials and trim my shrubs. A 50% deposit was required, I accepted the estimate and $224.97 was charged to my Mastercard on October 28. This service was never done. I have contacted this company numerous time via text and phone calls. initially, a woman, I believe to be part of a telephone service, told me the work was scheduled to be completed in a couple of days. The work was not done. I requested to have my deposit returned to me, but did not get a response. Later I was told I was being placed on a wait list. The woman, however, could not tell me what that meant. As the weather transitioned to winter, I assumed the work would be done in early spring. Although I was not accustomed to this company acting in this manner, I wasn’t terribly concerned as I had used them in the last. On March 13 I contacted the company and Ti W****, the owner, answered the phone. Ti provided no explanation for why the work had not been done, but assured me he valued me as a customer. He offered to either refund my deposit or complete the work in the next couple of weeks. He even provided me his “personal” cell phone number and told me to call him if anything went wrong. I have contacted this number as well as the number on their website. “Elizabeth” told me she would have Ti call me. As to date, I have not heard from anyone, yet they continue to advertise on social media and send out what appears to be automated emails. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to take legal action. The lies and false promises are just unforgivable.

      I have been a satisfied customer for 3 years or more and have recommended them numerous times. In 2021 I paid for a year of lawn service and discovered in July I had only received 2 treatments. I contacted the company numerous times by email with no response. When I finally got a response I was told that the issue would be rectified. After months of no response I cancelled my account and was told a refund was being processed. It has now been over 2 months and there has been no refund, no response to emails, and numerous phone calls that have gone unanswered. The edging and mulching portion of the contract was completed satisfactorily, only the lawn treatment portion was in default.

      I paid in advance of work being done to Landscaping 365 in Dublin. Ohio. I paid $102.13 on October 25, 2021. I was told the work would be done within 10 days. Work to be done was seeding 4-5 small areas of my lawn. I have emailed the company 4-5 times and received texts from them, including a person named Sandy as well as Tiberius. I am promised the work will be done in a couple days only to never hear back or have the work completed. I have asked for a refund with no response.

      In March 2021 I purchased a landscaping package from this company for services through the entire year. These services include lawn mowing, flower bed maintenance, fertilizing, mulching, etc. My last service call from the company was October 20. Since then the company has missed the last three scheduled appointments (November 13, 19, 20). I have attempted to contact the company through every format: service tickets on their website, email to customer service as well as the owner, phone calls to both office and owner. No reply was received from email, tickets, or text messages. When I called the office phone was answered by someone with limited English skills who could only say that someone would call me back to say when they would be out. I am still owed several services which include final yard clean up for winter.
