Description: I had my garage door spring fixed by Shamrock Overhead Doors while I was at work and my 19 year old son was home. I came home to find the bottom of my door dented and hand prints all over. I spoke with the owner, ***** ********, who said they did not do it and would not be held responsible. I asked ***** ******** how he could make that determination prior to hearing and seeing the facts. ***** ******** stated it didn't matter his tech would not do that and would not lie to him. I advised him of the clearly visible pry marks under the rubber gasket where the dent is along with the numerous dirty handprints along the bottom of teh garage door. ***** ******** stated it didn't matter, they are not responsible. After I got off the phone with ***** ******** my son informed me the repair guy told him "I have to pry it up" referring to the garage door. I called him back and told him this new information. ***** ******** stated that he didn't care because his tech wouldn't lie to him. I advised ***** ******** that based on clear evidence his tech was lying to him, ***** ******** advised me my son was the liar. I advised ***** ******** that I would leave poor reviews on the internet and his facebook page along filing claims with the BBB, Angie's List and the AG Office including possibly suing for damages. ***** ******** advised me not to threaten him and go a head and sue because he was not fixing the damages.
