              Avoid this company at all costs. They are known to under-appraise houses and don't account for upgrades and money invested into houses. I have lost out on refinancing my home twice with ****** ******** because they have contacted Earhart Appraisals both times and come in 20k-65k lower than other appraisers. When they show comparable houses, they only go off size, not the quality of the home. I have had over five homes in my area less quality than mine sell for more than my home was appraised for, and they still had single-pane windows and knob and tube wiring. Because of these guys, I lost out on 1.9% interest on a 30-year loan last year. Stay away from them.
