    Parkway has had my jeep for over 2 month. They were paid by the insurance company after 30 days even though no work had been done on my jeep at all. It took them almost a month to turn in estimates. They refuse to return calls. The accident was on 3/11/22. When they finally pulled my jeep into the service department on 5/10/22, they somehow set the airbags off in my car and didn't call to notify me. I stopped by the dealership on 5/11/22 to get my registration out of my car and it was only then that I was informed about the airbags. Later that day, the service advisor called to let me know that the intake manifold leaked a "huge puddle" of engine oil and that they could fix it but that it would cost me $1,100. The intake manifold had just been replaced in my jeep in 2/15/22. Once the service tech was informed that the intake manifold was brand new he very quickly back pedaled off of the subject. They have found "underlying damages" to the car but have failed to turn in a supplemental estimate to the insurance company. I've called multiple time to speak with a manager and they have not returned my calls. When the car was being worked on, the battery should've been disconnected so the airbags shouldn't have went off and I'd like to know how the car was sitting on their lot for 2 months with a supposed engine oil leak but the original estimates say no prior damage. If it had been leaking for 2 months, there wouldn't have been any engine oil left in it for there to be a "huge puddle" on the service area floor.

    Bought a brand new 2020 Hyrbrid vehicle. I believe there were about 36 miles on it when we bought it. Started having problems with it within the first few days we had it. They had it back for a day said it was fixed. Two days later the vehicle wouldn’t move and had to be towed to them. 34 days later the vehicle with less than 500 miles on it is still there! I’ve made my first payment and everything. They told me I could trade it in for trade value. Why should I take a huge hit because this vehicle won’t work and they can’t figure out the problem! I’m paying a higher payment per month for a vehicle I can’t drive and haven’t had for over a month straight. Unbelievable!
