            I purchased an HVAC system from Alltek heating and cooling and had them install it in 2017. Since that time I have had multiple problems with the system. I have Alltek service techs come out twice a year to repair the system. Last year the warranty expired, so now I am paying service fees out of pocket. Currently the unit is covered in ice ( the side of the unit that is in the heated basement). So once again it will need service. I have talked to the owner who responded by telling me that "if you are not happy with our service feel free to call someone else " I spent almost 7 thousand dollars on this system and feel that It should work . I am 64 years old and am tired of dealing with this situation.

            We worked with ****** for 3 years. Have always had the money no questions. They fixed our furnace last year. Turned it on this year and it doesn't work. Same problem. I asked one question. Would you take payments ? 1) no they don't and don't want my business because I asked that question. 2) I was talking to them on the 11. Asked how long guarantee. They said it was done on the 7th. 4 days difference. Now we are stuck with no working heat because they didnt fix our problem but charged us for it. 1 year this thing worked. Bad customer service and they care 0 about the customer. Now I have to pay all over for what we already paid for.

            We first worked for *********** on 11/11/2021 due to a no heat issue. She needed a gas valve but did not have any money and was currently behind on paying her gas bill. We only charged her a $75.00 service fee and she indicated that she would call when she had the money to make the needed repair.On 4/29/2022 *********** called in with no AC. We replaced a low voltage fuse for her. We only charged our service fee.On 10/7/2022 *********** indicated that she had the funds to pay for the gas valve that she needed and it was replaced as quoted to her.On 11/14/2022 *********** called in with no heat again and she was advised over the phone to try resetting the breaker. This was based on the error code from the furnace. This was courtesy advice for ************On 10/11/2023 *********** called in again with no heat. She stated that she had no money and that she would need a payment plan. My co worker spoke with her first as he answered the phone. She was told that we do not have payment plans for our customers. She called back in a second time and spoke with me and I told her that there was no warranty left on anything that we had done and that we do not have payment plans for our customers. She was advised by both me and and my co-worker to check around with other companies.I believe we have treated *********** very fairly. I wish her well.
