    On 07/1922 Hired ****** ******** to perform some work around my home change out house power line and replace soffits and lighting. At that time paid 1800. down toward work. On 11/02/22 added a basement bathroom install and paid an additional 3500.00. The remainder 2000.00 for the jobs was paid on 01/18/22. When weather permitted he was to return and start the exterior(original work). On 06/28/23 he came by said he was ready to start. at this time we added install of 2 windows in basement for 500 which I gave him 260. in cash Have not seen him since and getting run around week after week. tells me he has the money and the toilet grinder that needs replace do to he installed improperly without vent and he will drop it off. been hearing him and getting texts for months and still haven't seen either the 3150.00 he owes me or the grinder

    Contract individual to build a storage building at our Non-Profit Food Pantry, he failed to do so, gave him $28,980 for a building kit, $6,000 for labor and $12,200 for concrete. He moved a few items to be able to pull up our pavement and when asked to produce the kit, he refused saying we didn't need it yet. We terminated our contract with him and waited the 10 working days for refund.     I am rejecting this response because:  he has had ample time to contact an attorney, he knows who my attorney is and he has been the only one to contact my attorney.  He wanted a release of liability at the time he supposedly was going to provide refund but my attorney advised that would only happen when we received the check and the funds cleared and were back in my account.  To date, he has not provided any information regarding an attorney.  This is just a stall tactic that he uses quite often.

    On Feb 17th 2023, my wife and I, contracted with ****** ******** of D&D general construction. ****** was to remodel our kitchen, and install flooring in family, and dinning room. The work was to be started on April 3 2023.
    We were charged $39,751.39 for the necessary building supplies, labor charged after completion. It is now June 5th 2023 and for months we have been trying to get him to either start the project or deliver our materials, ****** has done neither. On May 13th 2023 we requested for a refund of our money, and to date we have received NO money. It will be five months since paying for our goods and we have received NOTHING.
