  We are in love with our homethank you, P&D!Building a custom home is a massive undertaking, but working with P&D Builders was a wonderful experience from start to finish.The journey started with REMOVEDin the design center, whose patience and vision helped turn our rough ideas into a beautiful, functional plan. REMOVEDthen helped us refine that vision, guiding us through the details and encouraging thoughtful decisions that perfected the layout. When it came to the business side, Mac provided a level of transparency we rarely see, ensuring we understood every cost and contract REMOVEDwe moved into the build, REMOVEDbecame our anchor rock, offering constant support and responsiveness. Our Project Manager from P&D, REMOVEDand REMOVED, were simply outstandingprofessional, detail-oriented, and truly dedicated to craftsmanship & eye for perfection.We also have to mention the "dynamic duo," REMOVED(Office Admin) and REMOVED(Finance). These two amazing souls were the glue that held the entire process together. They brought passion, compassion, and experience to the table, "holding our hands" when things felt overwhelming and ensuring we never felt lost.From the incredible vendors to the core team, everyone at P&D made us feel prioritized.   The entire process went smoothly and whenever there were things that weren't quite right, the P&D team were on it. They were extremely responsive and we are so pleased with the quality of work of all the contractors.

  We have been looking to build a house and found a nice area in REMOVED. We met with REMOVEDon April 16th, 2025 and told him what we were looking for and gave him our budget. He told us to give him until April 18th and he would have a design sent out. On April 17th I messaged REMOVEDand told him if he could please price the additional things I wanted in the house he agreed and we waited. April 18th came and went with nothing from REMOVED. April 22, still nothing and our realtor follow up with REMOVEDwho told us he was falling behind. April 28th our realtor once again reached out to REMOVEDasking for something who told us he would have plans to us no later than April 29th. By May 1st I reached out asking REMOVEDwho finally sent something but was nothing I had requested. It seemed like he was not putting any effort into our build. I requested to meet on May 2nd to discuss the design, REMOVEDtold me he was working on the numbers. By May 8th still had not heard anything reached out again. Our realtor then had to contact another employee to get REMOVEDto do anything which by May 15th he finally had numbers. When we asked for clarification back on May 15th REMOVEDstopped responding and it is now June 4th. I would not recommend working with REMOVEDit was a huge red flag that REMOVEDnot only didn't listen to what I wanted into the house but continued to string us along and not answer questions. It was not until we reached out to another employee did REMOVEDattempt to respond. Very disappointed in REMOVEDand he does not represent P&D Builders well at all.

  We sincerely regret the delays in any apparent miscommunication with budget and timing. Regarding the proposal sent on May 15th, our team members' emails show that after it was delivered, your agent responded with, "Thanks, we'll take a look". While you mentioned reaching out for clarification that day, we have no record of that email and are sorry for the misunderstanding.

  
  

  With no further communication received following the May 15th proposal, and the apparent discrepancy between the desired price point and this proposal, our team member assumed you were still considering options and turned efforts toward assisting other clients. We value every prospective homeowner's time and interest, and we always strive to provide responsive, thoughtful service. We'd welcome the opportunity to reconnect and clear up any remaining questions or concerns. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the misunderstanding.

  My wife and I picked P&D 16 months ago, as the builders of our new home. This is the home our children will grow up in.P&D grabbed our attention through their obvious quality and their presentation by their salesman, REMOVED, who told us we could make our budget work. He was right.The administrative work by REMOVED, the technical and mechanical pre-construction reviews, and the all the meetings with the vendors and subcontractors went super smooth.The real moment we realized we made the right choice was when REMOVED(our GC) told us we needed to stay calm and enjoy the build. That we need to trust the process.P&D built a beautiful home for us.

  My wife and I built our home with P&D and could not be happier. This was our first home build and it was seamless. Right from the start we felt like we were welcomed into the family. Every single associate who worked for P&D was kind, respectful and not to mention extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions and they would always respond in a timely manner and answer in depth. They were honest and upfront about costs and timeline. The entire build process was very organized and systematic.
  We were able to customize EVERYTHING and while it was amazing it was quite overwhelming. There were people to help us with every selection- through P&D or their vendors.
  Some of the fantastic individuals we were able to work with directly include Ed, Heather, Darin, Mac, Seth, Chris, Josh and Andrew.. there were many more, but we bothered this group the most. They were all so helpful and responsive. Even after the build process and we were in our home, we had a few questions and things come up- they continued to work with us and connect us with the proper vendors, to ensure everything was taken care of.
  We would highly recommend P&D Builders to anyone wanting a superior quality home and a fantastic experience.

  P & D built a new house for my family a little over 3 years ago. My wife and I still find ourselves commenting on how much we love our house. It’s more than we ever thought we’d be able to live in. P & D worked with us throughout the whole process and treated us like more than just another customer, we were treated like they really cared for us.
  They didn’t just have good customer service with us, but their product seems far superior, for a very reasonable price, compared to other builders. We now have an energy star home that is not just built like a castle, but saves us money on energy bills for the future.
  I cannot state it strongly enough, if you’re looking to build a new house, check out what P & D can do for you. My wife and I are so happy we did!

  This was and continues to be one of the worst experiences we have ever been through, three years into the build! I have a novel of documented issues with this build by P&D and it has been a battle to actually get P&D to fix these. If you go with P&D, I would encourage you to get everything in writing and prepare to battle for a long term solution vs. the easiest fix first. It looks like they only have limited reviews online, out of how many homes built? I would encourage you to talk to P&D customers that P&D does not specifically refer you to. Please feel free to reach out to me and I can share my horror story along with others. If the explanation and pictures aren't enough to make you think twice, we caught P&D on our child's baby monitor engaging in conversation which stated "who gives a s#!* about these customer issues". P&D did apologize in an email for this, but I believe more so as damage control because they were caught on the monitor. Why would they say this when they thought no one was listening if this isn't truly how they felt? I'll try to bullet point the issues, but feel free to reach out for additional details, videos, and documentation on this. There are not enough characters allowed in this review to post all the issues so feel free to reach out for details.
