Business Profilefor'C' Stephens Appliances

Horrible customer service! I purchased a stackable washer and dryer from them in September 2023 and they installed it. I immediately began have problems with the washer. They referred me to the manufacturer so I played phone tag for two whole month going back and forth. The manufacturer would say talk to them and Stephen's would tell me vice versa. I forwarded emails and even resorted to going into Stephen's Appliance with my cell phone to have a conference call between the two. The manufacturer was trying to work with them but they just didn't seem willing. I finally thought we had an understanding and finally spk to a women at Stephen's Appliance, who refused to give me her name, and she was blantenly rude and said they just weren't going to deal it anymore and hung up on me. She had no care in the world that we had been trying to get this resolved for 8 weeks! I tried to support my local business and got ?? burned so bad. I should have trusted my gut and went to one of the bigger establishments here in town. They inconvenienced me for two whe months, made no effort to resolve my issue, and rude. Stephen's Appliance gave me the worst customer experience ever. The washer was leaking water. I asked them to have their installer come make sure the hoses are on right, they refused.
