  Highly recommend this organization. Tackett's Tree Service responded within 24 hours of my initial inquiry and set up a time to provide an estimate for trimming trees and removing one dead tree. Estimate was reasonable. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. The work was performed as promised and I added on additional work with no problem. The entire crew was friendly and courteous and they left my yard looking better than when they arrived! Would definitely use them again.

  Tackett's Tree Service was great! They were on time, worked hard, and were respectful of my property! They did a wonderful job on my trees and cleaned everything up! They let me know up front what needed to be done and why.

  We had Josh Tackett come out to give us an estimate on our tree work. The price was reasonable, and Josh is very knowledgeable. They came out the day they said they would with two crews. They trimmed several trees back away from the house, removed a large dead tree in the back, cleaned out a smaller tree that was scraping the shed and deck, and cut the trees away from power lines. They removed all debris, even left overs that they did not cut! Fantastic job, and they have earned our business for future jobs. Highly recommend!

  Our two front pear trees were overgrown and brittle, so we contacted Tackett’s Tree Service for an estimate to remove them to include grinding the stumps out. Josh Tackett professionally provided a free same-day on-site estimate which was extremely reasonable (a significant cost savings over another highly reputable tree service contractor). We coordinated a timeframe for Tackett’s to complete this job, they accomplished this job well ahead of schedule to include the cleanup. Our neighbors even commented on how quick and professional they were. Would definitely recommend them as a tree service contractor.

  Shout out to this company for excellent work performed at my house in July, 2023. The 2 workers were professional and had the difficult task of climbing the tree in order to do the necessary trimming away from my house. Very pleased!

  We were extremely pleased with the work that Tackett Tree Service did at our house. They took a couple trees out and raised a couple more trees. The job was done very well and quickly.

  We had a very large, dead ash tree near the corner of our house that was also close to some power lines. They took it down, ground the stump and cleaned up the whole area. I highly recommend them and would gladly call them again if ever the need arises.

  Tackett’s tree service did an excellent job cleaning up a huge tree in our backyard knocked over by the recent storms!!! And they were very reasonably priced!! We have used them before and we will use them again!!!!

  Not a good source for firewood. Website advertised $150/cord. Charged $265. And almost all of it is waterlogged, soft, or moldy. Huge disappointment. They delivered after dark so I couldn't see the quality until the next day when they were long gone. Talk about a red flag. Please do not consider this business for any firewood needs. You're being taken advantage of, just like my elderly mother was when she sent our family a cord of firewood for Christmas. Shame on them.
