I have received a email from Andree Jacques supposedly from GeekTech with a invoice number stating I owe them $520 and they want me to pay it online by hitting the green link button. I refused to so I wrote to them telling them I was reporting this GeekTech to BBB and that they are a scam. And then this morning I received another email from Andree Jacques stating I apologise for this automated response. I am not calling it or paying it. I looked on here first to see if it was a scam or not and then I wrote to the email saying they are a scam. So please do not respond to this person.

This is the worse company ever!!! I purchased a package for 2 years. The first time they cleaned my computer was great BUT then it went downhill for there. Everytime I called to get my computer cleaned it took over 2 hours. Then they tried to tell me that I had a trojan virus, which they wanted to charge me more money. They take control of your computer and you have no ideal what they are getting into or doing. My system still runs slow after supposedly cleaned it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Do not even think about using these people!had to have an authorized company to undo what they had done!

Very shady group. Charged me. And didnt fix my problem. Then they invoiced me again and are trying to collect. Stay away

Well considering they didn't fix the issue with my printer hook up to my Android and laptop I'd say I am pretty ticked I spent $477.99 and it's still doing the same thing when they told me it shouldn't have anymore problems.

DO Not use this service. Very deceptive and follows the patterns that others who have been scam'd describe. Was having problems with my HP printer. I thought I was on an HP site when a chat box pops up asking if you need a Tech and to provide name and phone number so they can reach you. Tech comes on the line and asks for control of your computer where upon he finds that files are corrupt and it is beyond his scope of expertise. You are then passed on to a security expert who also has an east Indian accent but all are using angelized names like Jack Murphy. You are now put through a hard sell to buy firewall software for your firewall as to the current one is inadequate and only protects your Microsoft files and not your computer. After buying the most minimum of services based on need a further up sell is attempted at more security software. I am referred back to another tech who is now supposed to be fixing the problem. All this individual is doing is making it appear by using HP diagnostic tools to be fixing the problem. At this point after receiving call back numbers to Geek Tech Pro I became suspicious and asked if I was dealing with Hewlett Packard Tech. The female Tech went silent and tried to side track the question. I ended the access and call and demanded my money back. After several heated exchanges with a representative of the company I managed to get approximately half my money back citing that I had to at least pay for the Tech's time who in the end fixed nothing. Even their physical address in Ohio comes back to a house in a residential neighborhood and not a business complex. In the background there is sounds of other Tech's operating could this be part of the scam or is it that large of a fraudulent operation?. AS I say STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!! They misrepresent themselves to be Hewlett Packard Techs.

I had a wonderful experience. Fast response by phone and was on the phone with tech until the problem was solved. 5 star review for sure!!!
