    Came in to this store in September of 2019 to redeem some items I had on pawn here. And after being quoted a price to get them that was much higher than originally anticipated, I was threatened with PHYSICAL VIOLENCE by the owner after making clear I would not return. While I may have been wrong about the price, I did absolutely nothing to deserve that kind of behavior. And even while I was upset, I still treated the man with respect. So there was absolutely no excuse or good reason for how he acted whatsoever. Even with his continued threats of violence, I still remained calm and didn’t respond in kind. Eventually I had to call the police just to end the matter peacefully. How embarrassing over a simple misunderstanding. Stay away from this business.

    Mr. P******** did misunderstand the fees he was being charged. I will agree with him that our disagreement should have never escalated to the point that it did. I will take responsibility for that and I apologize (long overdue) for my reactions to your concerns about the fees. He definitely did not deserve it.
