      Their driver deliver my items to the wrong address. I sent customer service proof and they didn’t care. I’ve ordered from them 3 prior times and had no issues. I won’t return nor recommend.

      THIS dude talks about caring for and respecting women yet has lost the women who helped his journey to success due to poor business dealings. I bought (4) tix to his show in Baltimore, MD that was to happen on Friday, March 21st. I flew from Cincy to MD to attend with my niece and 2 friends. We rented a hotel room; my niece hired a sitter AND one friend left work early. This clown was a NO SHOW and sent me a text on Monday (March 24th) apologizing for any MISUNDERSTANDINGS, but the show was rescheduled for Dec 13th. When I filed a claim through my CC company, he stated that he has a NO RETURN policy, and that I had received the item which I purchased. It took me 3 months to get my money back for the tix. We are still out of the money for the flight, child-care, hotel stay and missed wages. I wish that someone would file a class-action against this NON-businessman; so that I could get the remainder of what he should be held responsible to repay, since HE didn't show and failed to notify us in a timely manner. Don't trust that ANY of his future show dates will occur, because his talent alone can't carry the show and the people for which we bought tix to see and listen to (Tripp, Kitty and Kita) no longer associate with him.

      I received a fraudulent credit card charge from ACE METAPHOR. I have never done business with this company, which indicates that they may be a willing participant in fraudulent/stolen CC schemes.

      I submitted a complaint, and I don't think BBB can locate this fraudulent shadow company that sells conversation-based card decks. I purchased a gag gift for my significant other, and I regret it now because this company misused my credit card information and charged me for additional products (and shipped those). They altered my order, and I received an email saying, "Your order has been updated." When I opened the email, they added additional products and charged me for them. It shows up as two separate charges on my credit card, both of which I have reported to my Bank's fraud department. There is no one to answer their "customer service" email address, so the several emails I've sent have gone unanswered. They say they will reply within 24-48 hours, but you'll hear nothing. On top of that, you would think you could just return the stupid card deck and be done with this company, but NOoo. They have a policy saying, "...because of the pandemic, no returns are accepted". It's September 2023. What the heck are they talking about related to a pandemic? They sell CARD DECKS; there is absolutely no reason why a pandemic impacts these items and no one replies via their customer service department. This fraud company should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

      I purchased VIP tickets to Tonight's Conversation Live and two card decks. As soon as I booked it, I realized I would be in Tulum the night of the show and called to change it. They gave me the email to the correct customer service. I went back and forth with them from Tuesday, July 18th until now. They eventually told me I could change my ticket to the Oakland show on October 5th for $10, but they never sent the link. Despite twelve emails and adequate time to change this before my August 18th show, they waited until August 21st to tell me my tickets had expired. Beware of this company. The customer service lies and takes from customers despite their word.
