I entered into a contract in 2023 for lawn spraying at $61/application. They required that I give them a credit card to bill. They completed the first application, sending an e-mail bill that same day. Early in June, 2023, I received and e-mail bill stating they had applied spray that day. There were several reasons I knew it was not done. First, they had not asked me to unlock the gate to the privacy fence enclosed backyard. Two, no flag was left indicating the application. Three, the multiple security cameras on my property did not show any service personnel (impossible to avoid the cameras). I sent two e-mails and left a phone message over the next three weeks with no response. Since they had charged my credit card, I disputed the charge. The credit card company froze the charge and Agxact finally refunded the charge. I concurrently sent an e-mail cancelling the service. I also noted that they were charging me $3 more/application than the contract stipulated. In addition, to the overcharge and non-service, they added an additional $68 for grub service (which I did not order) which they claimed was done on the same day they did not appear. On 8/14 I arrived home to find Agxact spraying the lawn. I told the service man I had fired Agxact. He left. However, on 8/17/23 I received another bill for $136.64 which was the amount they had previously billed inaccurately and refunded. It claims I am "past due". E-mails are not returned and phone messages go unanswered.
