    The salesperson was weak on portraying the system and important about what we bought. We have had continual issues since installation in February. It’s taken multiple visits to try and fix. After the last attempt they may have fixed the first issue but now the universal remote is having issues connecting to WiFi. Our phones , computers etc none have issues connecting to WiFi. The real issue here is Hanson forces you to pay for remote and you have no control over it. You have to call them and then they want to charge you to fix their issues. Enough. I’m almost at the point I want certain products returned and money back. The remote is one and second would be to swap the salamander cabinet for o e that the standard remotes will work through. I’m fed up. I spent $20k and nothing but issues. Donut waste your money with them. Beat buy or Crutchfield would be better. I left a voicemail for the owner at one point and he never called back so he doesn’t care. Absolutely do not buy from this company. It’s a nightmare.
