I chose Craftsmen Home Improvement because I knew they had worked with older houses in my neighborhood and my house is over 100 years old. This was the BEST decision I could have made! Doug was so helpful in making choices for my totally remodeled bathroom - he actually really listened to what I wanted and what my budget concerns were. Doug would even remind me of my budget when I had new ideas - no annoying "upselling" here, but smart options. I even decided to have them do new floors in four rooms and a hallway. Jason worked tirelessly, dealt with the "old house" issues without complaint and did beautiful work. In addition to all that, they were respectful of me, my house, my schedule, and my cat. I think I would have gone insane with this remodeling project if I had hired anyone else. These guys are great! Every single day I am thrilled with the wonderful changes in my house! I want to thank Craftsmen Home Improvement for the Quality work on our Beautiful Kitchen. We have enjoyed for the last 5 years. The warranty had recently expired, and I had a problem with the over range microwave which I had to replace. Randy from Craftsmen came out, he was very courteous and professional, was able to help me install the new microwave. I want to thank Randy and Craftsmen; they went above and beyond their service work.Review from Bonnie A

I absolutely love my new kitchen! Thank you Craftsmen Home Improvement Inc. Thank you Jason for designing and coordinating our remodel. Now I have a better functioning and organized kitchen. A very heartfelt Thank You to Chris and Ben for the fabulous transition from our old kitchen to the new one! Their work ethic’s and pleasant personalities are amazing! They made my new kitchen beautiful. We are already recommending Craftsmen Home Improvement Inc. to all our family and friends. We are looking forward to having Craftsmen Home Improvement Inc. from Kettering OH doing the remodel of both bathrooms in our home very soon. You guys are the greatest!Review from Gene B

The workers Jason and Jeff were very professional and thorough. They did a great job re-doing my bathroom looks much better than what the builders of Inverness did.- After posting my comment a few months ago regarding the Craftsmen Home Improvement out of West Chester Ohio the parent company in Dayton Ohio contacted me and several of their employees came out to see the issues. They ended up having their workers come out and rectify the majority of the issues. After completion, it looks so much better and is now something I would not be ashamed for people to see. Although they were not the initial company I contracted with they absorbed the cost to repair the major issues. I only wish I would have contracted with them in the place. Dan

My roof needed replacing after only 9 years because the previous contractor did a very bad job and the roof was failing. After researching to the best of my ability I chose Craftsmen Home Improvement Inc. this time. Craftsmen were very good. The employees were respectful and courteous. The work was efficient and professional. The jobsite was kept clean and the debris were removed better than any previous roofing job I've ever had done. The roof looks great and there attention to detail was above normal. I would recommend Craftsmen to anyone..
