  It is definitely refreshing to know that you can work with a company that is professional when dealing with important real estate negotiations. Kyle from Blad Boys Solutions, LLC will be my go to source for any future real estate property sales. I would recommend him highly if you are are trying to sale a property quickly. He uses a very good title company that makes the process seamless.

  100% I would recommend Kyle Winblad and Blad Boys Solutions, LLC for your home selling needs. Kyle was professional, responsive, truthful, and fair in his dealings with us.
  We lived in a neighborhood in which we would receive postcards 1-3 times a week from investors wanting to buy our home, so why was this mailer from Blad Boys Solutions so different.
  1) It was a letter in an envelope, not a postcard.
  2) The front of the envelope read, “Kindly deliver to”.
  3) The letter had the BBB Accredited Business A+ rating logo.
  4) A local phone number was listed.
  5) Their web site, Bladbuys.com, was listed.
  We did our research on Blad Boys Solutions and Kyle. It was true, they did have the BBB Accredited Business A+ rating. We couldn’t find anything bad about Kyle or Blad Boys Solutions and believe me, we tried.
  I called Kyle and we discussed the property, how the typical process would flow, and Kyle didn’t flinch or back away from my in-depth questions. He answered them all with confidence and detail. I absolutely could tell that he knew what he was doing. He told me that he didn’t normally work with houses that are a person’s personal residence, but he was interested in doing a walk through of our home, so we scheduled a meeting.
  Kyle arrived promptly for our meeting. We completed the walk through and he once again answered more in-depth questions with confidence and detail. He explained that he typically wants to negotiate an offer during the walk through, but upon our request, he graciously allowed us over night to consider our options. After all, I owned our home for 27 ½ years and didn’t want to make a knee jerk decision.
  I called Kyle the next day. We negotiated a price on the phone, then agreed upon a time to meet at the house to complete and sign the contract. We signed the contract 03/09/24 and closed 04/05/24. During this time, we kept in contact with each other, providing progress updates.
  It was truly our pleasure to work with Kyle.

  It was pleasure working with Kyle. His is a outstanding person who worked with us. He answered all our questions. He is very patient we like him better than the other people who gave us offers on our house. I would not hesitate to work with him again if I need to sale another property.

  Professional, patient and fair. Kyle helped guide me thru a minefield of probate laws. His fair offer was equivalent to what I would have made if I had contracted the repairs, paid commissions and closing costs.
