            I was change for TWO garage door spring and they only install ONE. I'm sure how this company has been in business for so long.

            We appreciate and value all of our customers including you. Doing the right thing for our customers is the reason we have so many repeat customers. Usually, if a customer has an issue they call and we discuss a solution. Instead you have chosen to give negative reviews without discussion. I understand you are frustrated, however it is NOT our company policy, as can be seen from the 100+ other reviews all over the internet, to charge for work we did not perform. After your initial review, of services performed three months ago, on another platform, we have reached out several times to get to the bottom of the situation. You have not responded to our calls. We would like to see just why you think we didn't replace both springs. If we didn't, we will rectify. But we can not get to the bottom of it if you don't respond to our calls. Please reach out in a spirit of cooperation.
