      On Sunday, April 23, 2023, we went to the Burger King Drive Thru at **** ****** **** ****** ** ***** at about 12:30 PM.

      I ordered 3 of their $6 Your Way Meals with Double Whopper Jr's and Classic Chicken Fries. When we got home there were only 2 orders of Chicken Fries. I was not given a receipt, so this is all the information I can provide.

      I contacted BK's corporate office and received this reply. "We apologize for the issue with your Classic Chicken Fries that you encountered at our restaurant. We do not take these cases lightly at Burger King and can assure you that this has been raised to the appropriate Franchisee, Operations, and Management teams to take the necessary actions to ensure this is remediated. Also please consider that refund requests sent to the restaurant for review could take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days for resolution.

      Here at digital support, we are unable to provide you with a refund for the order since it was placed through the restaurant’s payment system. However, from our end as a gesture of good will, we would like to offer you a $5 coupon to your digital account.

      All we will need you to do is sign up for a digital account through our app or website. Once you create the account, we will be able to issue you the points for you to redeem through a mobile order at any of our locations.

      If you would like to move forward with the refund request from the restaurant, we can submit that request for you."

      My reply to them was; "Thank you for your reply and offer of $5. Unfortunately I do not have a digital account nor do I wish to disclose any personal information to obtain one. I do not order fast food through any mobile app.

      Please move this matter forward to the appropriate restaurant or franchise holder. I will gladly wait a few weeks for their response."

      I have contacted the corporate office again, but have not been received a reply from the local restaurant yet.

      I would like a refund or coupon/credit for future visit

      In reference to complaint #********* although I believe you have marked this as closed, to be fair, there is an update. The local Burger King has reached out to me and is sending me coupons for the missing products and my inconvenience. Thank you for updating this case. **** *
