    Not going to sugar coat anything. I messaged them about a 40'HC and got a prompt response. Come Monday I ordered my container, paid in full. Messaged them and they read it but no response for a little while. Kinda made my a little nervous so I looked and seen all the bad reviews and got really concerned. So I messaged again and was probably a little harsh but I got a message and a call apologizing and was told that all the guys are all grouped together on the FB messager and phone number. So one could be on the phone causing the message to show as read but no response because the office person hadn't seen it yet. So I can see what was going on and understood how it was setup. not the best way but they are still working on bettering there operation. After all that my payment cleared Tuesday and got a call that day to schedule my delivery for Wednesday around 11. Wednesday I Got a call around 9 that they were leaving the depot headed my way. They arrived around 11 but I was running behind and they helped me out an waited a few minutes to Finnish prepping my sight. I got done and they dropped it, talked a couple minutes and they were off to get another one. All and all I'd say they did really good just need to get there communication systems streamlined.

    Thank you very much for the business. Yes we have been making changes to make operation a lot more smoothly and being more accurate. We almost have everything in order but I’m sure there are things we still need too work on but we are definitely getting there.     Conex Express LLC is a complete fraud. I ordered a 40' container the first week of September and was told by Nick the container would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks had passed I started reaching out to Nick via Facebook and phone. I heard every excuse in the book to why container hadn't been delivered. I then reached out to Duane and got the run around from him as well. After waiting 7 weeks I asked for a refund that I never received and was immediately blocked on Facebook. Duane had another scam company Iron Hawk Express, same story there. Do not give this company a penny!

    Wouldn't give 1 star
    First contact was good.
    Set up delivery date, followed up week before. No show, no call.
    Completely ghosted me, wouldn't answer calls or return voicemails. Answered on second ring when calling from different number.
    Informed them that I was reporting them to BBB, they hung up right away. 30seconds later Dwayne called back to tell me to F***off and F*** the BBB.

    This Guy isn't even a customer. we declined doing business with this guy and he got his little feelings hurt. He never purchased anything and never had anything setup. we will be reaching out to his Boss now and dealing with this situation
