I purchased 2 bathroom granite tops, 4 vanity sinks, and 2 granite shower thresholds and a pony wall threshold for my new home in **************. Initial installation was fast (done in a single morning), but this was the only good thing that came out of this experience. As the installers were leaving my house, I asked them if all the pipes on the sinks were connected and properly installed (I paid for installation and fabrication, as says in their contact / invoice) so I could turn on the main water valve. They said yes, and that I am all set to turn on the main valve. I turned on the main valve and water flooded one of the bathrooms they had been working in. Turns out they forgot to connect the valves in a bathroom they were working on - hence flooding the bathroom so much that WATER LEAKED THROUGH MY CEILING INTO MY KITCHEN - CAUSING HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE TO MY CEILING AND LIGHT FIXTURES. I immediately took pictures / videos and went to the store in person to have my complaint addressed by *************************. ***** said he would help, but then he called us the next day denying that his installers were at fault and ever told us to turn the valve on - even though in person he said he was likely at fault and would hlep!!! BUT IT GETS WORSE! Turns out ******* installers incorrectly measured the granite shower thresholds ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS! The project was supposed to be completed on July 6th but is running almost an entire month late because ***** and his installers are so bad at their jobs! The installers don't have the proper tools to do their jobs so now ***** is telling me that MY PERSONAL CONTRACTORS have to install the thresholds, despite ***** and Crown Marble charging me almost $1k for installation! AND THEY DIDN'T PAY ME BACK FOR THE INSTALLATION THEY ARE NO LONGER DOING. Their terrible customer service (despite clear communication from me!) and indifference to customer satisfaction is the cherry on top. Please, avoid yourself the damage, disrespect, and ineptness at Crown Marble and take your business elsewhere. I drove by ***** Granite Countertops the other day and they are just around the corner.
