This business is involved in some scam efforts. Be cautious when doing business with them. My most recent experience with Rosati was frightening at best. I called the business phone number listed on the paperwork they provided to find out the status of our windows. They were trying to get me to provide financial information. The first person couldn’t answer the question and told me I had to pay now to install the windows. They said they wouldn’t schedule the installation without payment. I told them this didn’t add up. They called back the following morning, and they were trying to get me to provide them with $500 over Zelle so they could get supplies from Walmart. The Rostati representative provided the Zelle account phone number with an 862 area code and the account name of Prisan Ewart. He hung up when I questioned why Rostati doesn’t have an account for their own materials. He stated that $500 was required to get an appointment for Monday. I then called that number and spoke to someone during business hours. They stated they had not scheduled that appointment. I would use caution when dealing with Rostati because they have some sort of data breach and have not done anything to correct it.

Mr. ******* was clearly attempting to be scammed by someone. We contacted our IT company on Thursday when we were first notified of this issue and they are actively looking into what could have happened. We also posted something on our Facebook page cautioning our customers to be aware of this potential issue. The name on that Zelle account is not associated with our company in any way. We are very concerned that our company was used to try and scam our customers. This seems very clearly to be out of our control and perpetrated by some bad actors. I do not believe there is any reason to give us a poor rating for something that is beyond our control.

I had these people out to my home today for an estimate for a window and these people are ridiculous and rude! They claim it will *********** to 7 MONTHS to install a single window and they want twice as much as others do to install it. They insisted on being "sociable" and sitting down in the living room for the fleecing attempt. Yes, I'm sure I'll let them hold on to my money for 6 to 7 months wondering whether they'll actually show up. Do they charge more depending on the individual? It wouldn't surprise me.

One can walk into any grocery store and instantly see how bad the supply chain has been decimated. We are running into the same situations. This morning our screen rail vendor notified us that new orders will take up to 26 weeks before we will receive. We have built our reputation on honesty and a very high standard of ethics. I have Rosati widows for more than ten years and I would never go any where else. I recently had one pane leak. I told them what window it was in and they sent a professional out and had the new piece installed in about one hour at no charge.
