    I started with **** in January 2025. They have been very supportive and helpful every step. They have weekly live Q&A meetings on various topics. They are recorded so if you happen to miss it, you can access it later. The community has been a great resource and the staff is very attentive and available to meet privately to address any questions or concerns. Both the functional health team and providers have been wonderful. Thank you Ivim for all your support and encouragement.

    I am impressed with the level of care provided by ***. I decided to start a GLP1 program to lose weight. My general practitioner recommended IVM. I filled out a questionnaire and had a video chat with a medical practitioner (not sure if a nurse or doctor, it didnt matter to me) who evaluated my situation and suggested the right med and dose for me. They followed up weekly to ensure I was tolerating the meds well. Each month when I request a refill I complete a questionnaire and have reported mild side effects. A nurse gets with me within hours to check on my side effects before authorizing another dose. I feel like IVM takes great care to ensure their patients stay healthy. I very much recommend.
