5 starsI've used Basement Doctor on several occasions over the years and have always been impressed with their quality of work and amazing service. Most recently I needed repairs performed to facilitate a real estate transaction which involved inspections from a 3rd party engineer. My field rep, *******, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the work performed, and documents provided, met all the specifications of the engineer. And my installation lead, *****, was the most capable and courteous professional I've ever had work on my home. I have absolute confidence recommending The Basement Doctor to anyone, and I'm very grateful for everything they've done for me. Thank you!!Review fromChris L

5 stars***** ******** and his crew met all exceptions and then some. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for everything that was a concern. If anyone is thinking about using the basement ** I highly recommend you ask for ***** ******** and his crew. A job well done is exactly what we got from them. In general I think the Basement ** we take care of any concerns and problems in your crawl space or basement. 5 starsWe had the bulkhead door leading to the basement of our 1900 German Village home removed by ****, Mikey and Juvie this week. I am thrilled with their results. First, it looks great, but more importantly, **** kept me informed of every step, they left our home so clean it was as if they were never here and they were very professional. 5 starsGreat experience with The Basement Doctor. The ************************, and the 2 workers were polite, respectful, and hard working. The project of installing supports for the basement walls and new basement windows was done in 2 days. We appreciated the walk throughs as work was being done as well as being asked if we had any questions or concerns. The job was completed exactly as we asked and area was left clean. 5 starsI had a sump pump installed on July 16, 2024 as part of the ********* ******** ******* . I am very pleased with the service. ****** and his crew did a great job. The job went exactly as described, and everything was cleaned up afterward.
