      "I would like to share my pain with another customer about pathetic customer service once you buy a product and have issues with the product.I called Pure H2 (Cincinnati, Ohio Location) for yearly service maintenance and they changed 3 filters for a year-old product; after filter replacement of 3 or 4 months, the water quality was similar to the Tap water." ...
