    My water was turned off at 9am 10/01 **** paid 10:00am was told it would 48 hrs to restore my water. Was told it was on the red tag it takes 48 hrs to restore. Says the policy changed they longer have to restore your service the same day. 4 ppl live in my house that have work and school need water to shower and brush teeth and make meals. This is the now day 2 no water. No where on the tag does it say 48 hrs and no one I spoke to 10/01 said it would take 2 days to restore the water. No card sent, no termination on my **** just a past due. My **** says due 10/03 if not paid on the 10/03 water will be shut off it was shut off on 10/01. No knock on the door, didnt ring the door bell just turned it off and tagged my door.. 48 hrs to wait for water is ridiculous..
