            I signed my son up for an airbrush tan and when we arrived, the doors were locked. There was not a doorbell and we knocked a lot. The entrance was like an apartment residence with mailboxes and no way to enter. There wasn’t a buzzer, doorbell or anything. We continued to knock but no one was there. We went to the coffee shop next door and the man who works there told us this happens constantly. People can’t get into the locked door and don’t get their tans. I then tried to call, but all the numbers were disconnected. I cancelled the tan and was charged $22.50 for canceling. I would like that $22.50 returned to me.

            e as everybody else, I bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment online. 1 hour before the appointment, I received a text from an email address asking to reschedule and that they could fit me in after 2. I texted back and no response the entire afternoon. I rescheduled online for 6pm and showed up and no one was there. The businesses was locked up and no car in the parking lot. There was another woman there too with the same appointment time. She was livid too. Same issues. Their phone just rings and their website is literally nothing. What a joke this business is. **** is so unprofessional and does not consider the time of any clients as valuable.
