Order #********* Merchant did not deliver my food item package using 2nd day air as the company clearly indicated it would as advertised on the website and confirmed when I placed the order 8/17/21. Delivery was promised for 8/20/21. Never happened.
Since merchant is closed for the weekend, I called UPS who said the merchant delivered my package via ground which is clearly not the same as 2nd day air. Another pblm is with UPS for which I might need to file a separate complaint. UPS said that the package cannot be located at this time because the driver finished for the day and to wait until tomorrow morning for the package to be re-scanned, assuming the package was on the truck today, undelivered for whatever reason, and brought back to the UPS warehouse. They also said that if I don't receive the package by Monday, I should contact your company. I just emailed merchant an email describing the issue and my frustration for what transpired. The transaction amount is $44.55.
