- Additional Info:On January 11, 2012 The Court of Common Pleas for Franklin County, Ohio entered an Order Granting a Motion to Consolidate the Judicial Dissolution of Case # 12CVH 01 249 Three Little Pigs, LTD.; case # 12CVH 01 250 Hoggs in Cleveland, LLC; and case # 12CVH 01 251 Hogs Again, LLC..The motion was brought by Jack Harris of CMH Hospitality, Inc. the previously appointed receiver for Three Little Pigs, Ltd. and proposed receiver for the other two entities. The three separate Complaints were filed for the judicial dissolution and immediate appointment of the receiver for the three entities doing business as "Hoggy's Restaurant and Catering." The appointment of the receiver was deemed necessary to preserve the assets of the Companies for the benefit of the Companies creditors. The three separate entities are owned and operated by similar owners and have common creditors. The companies together own seven "Hoggy's" restaurants with only one a viable going concern.Hoggy's is an Ohio limited liability company formed on August 24, 1994. Hoggy's is alleged to have liabilities that greatly exceed the value of its assets, and the Company is not able to pay ongoing obligations incurred in the regular course of business. Certain vendors and landlords have taken action against Hoggy's with regard to unpaid debt obligations incurred in the regular course of business, and these actions have led the three entities to move for judicial dissolution.
