            I have been contacting them since 12/11/2023 asking how to turn in the keys to the apartment. I have not received a response to that question, but I have received an email that I am being charged rent for January 2024 even though I am vacating 12/31/2023. They also posted a written notice on the door on 12/27/2023 that they were entering the apartment on 12/28/2023. As of 12/29/2023, I still have no information on how to return my keys 12/29/2023. I am just wanting to know where I can drop the keys on 12/31/2023 and I am wanting the January rent charge to be removed.

            THIS Company is off, me and my wife have call them about moving us out the unit because the unit is full of mold. and no one has return our call so we went to the office and *** got up and run from us ( left his plant of food sitting at the table). this apt is so bad we can't use the 2 bedroom and when we do stay we have to sleep in the hallway. we have to sleep in the car because this house is unbearable. and we paying 900 for rent.something nee to be done with the company. they take take our money but have u living in ****.
