    I thought that I was selling my home to them. They were not transparent at all as far as the wholesale market. After months of being ghosted and a number on their website that did not work, I still have not gotten through to them. I am currently trying to sell my home with a legit company, that has opened escrow. They still have my home under contract bogging down the sales time. I am new at this and nobody will return my call or email. I now understand wholesaling and there is nothing wrong with the concept, however transparency for someone who is not in real estate made it shady.

    I keep getting texts from "new people" from this company, and no matter how many times I reply STOP and report them as spam to my carrier, I keep getting more.

    I am sorry that ************** has been receiving text messages from companies with similar names to ours but this is not our company that is sending these texts. We do business in Columbus, OH and ************** is located in *******. In addition our company does not sent text messages at all.

    I have been called several times by this company's representatives to ask about purchasing my house. I have said several times to be taken off their call list and I have reminded them each time I've got a call from them that I'm on the national do not call list.
