The PFHL staff are very caring, make me feel heard, and have helped immensely improve my anxiety and binge eating disorder. Before PFHL, I was a mess; my PCP put me on several mental health meds that made my symptoms worse and then kept throwing different medication at me to try without thorough testing. In contrast, at Providers For Healthy Living, I was given a very thorough assessment and my provider always takes the time to discuss the best medication options for me; they also provide diagnostic testing and do Genesight testing. After hours and on the weekends, when they are closed, there is an on-call provider available via phone to provide support and answer questions. Appointments are virtual which has made it easier for me to get the care I need while also trying to balance family and work life. With PFHL, you are in good hands.
