- You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the item. After 30 days items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted over 1 year. Your refund will be for the product itself and will not include the cost of shipping on the original order, unless the return was a result of our error. Returns totaling over $500 (excluding shipping) or more than $500 returned in a calendar year by the same buyer or buyer's organization will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Products installed, modified or damaged are not eligible for return. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item), otherwise the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
