**** Marzetti stole $4000 from my family on March 16th, 2022. He told us our pool would be done in November of 2021, within 3 weeks after they started. He subbed out the project to a man named ******, and **** only showed up on the job site one time. In spite of his promises to be on site when we started. He lied over and over and over and did not follow through. On March 15th , after not showing up for about 4 months, **** convinced us that his workers wouldn’t show up in less he paid them $4,000 in advance, which we paid him the next day. Because there are not many people who do this work, we agreed to pay for work in advance. Within two days, they took all of their tools in the middle of the night, and they never came back in the next 10 weeks. Finally, he told me he would give me the $4,000 back and we agreed to part ways. He did not pay it back, blamed his worker ******, and also blocked my phone number. During the job, ****’s workers severely bent both long pool walls, making our pool $8,000 cover unusable. They also trashed our property and left many things broken. My wife and I spent over 10 hours cleaning just ****’s trash. In order to get our pool completed, we needed to pay a new pool contractor almost $18,000. They destroyed the pool plumbing, broke a light, left 5 large piles of concrete pour off in our yard, destroyed our perimeter drain, and broke several other items. I have pictures of every piece of evidence that are time stamped and prove everything. I have a lawyer ready to take this situation on, and we are going to court in the next three months.
