      I have been using the ****** Heating division of the Waterworks for years. They were just here to get my heating system ready for winter, and the serviceman, *****, explained my system to me, and did a complete inspection and cleaning. My father, who was an *********** engineer, also used ****** Heating in his home for years, because he trusted them. I have also used Waterworks for some plumbing work in the past years, and they always explain what they are doing, and give me advice on how to keep things in good condition.

      Waterworks completed our 6-month inspection, and we were very impressed. The technician was professional, courteous, and extremely informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated. Excellent service all around!

      worst experience ever!called them to fix a bath toliet leak?they came out and said cannot touch it till the water is off!left me withe leak!called **** ****** they fixed without the water off charged $500!the water works then sends me a bill for $1250 for just looking at it?never do business with them! call r*** ****** instead

      Weve used Waterworks for many years to clear oak roots out of the sewer line in our 60+ year-old house. They do a fine job: arrive in the window we arrange, do the work as rapidly as possible, and clean up well. The personnel have also been good: **** in scheduling has always been helpful and a joy to work with, and **** (and other) technicians straight-up fellows. Waterworks has also been responsive on the few occasions weve had emergency matters. I highly recommend them for residential needs.

      After 19 days w/o AC and a bad experience with another company, ****** came to my rescue in a huge way. Technician was knowledgeable, took time to explain problem and solution clearly and concisely to me. Very happy and will never call anyone else for my AC/furnace needs. Thank you!!!!

      Technician was prompt & pleasant, took the time to explain things in terms we could understand. Was knowledgeable, honest, and did not try to oversell. The online scheduling was easy and very convenient. The reminders and appointment notifications were very good.

      We had a clogged kitchen sink. Waterworks said they would have someone at our home between 1 and 4 pm. I was contacted prior to their service persons arrival, they arrived a little before 1 pm. He had the drain cleared and cleaned up in less than an hour. He explained why he had done and explained the 90-day warranty. Job well done and the service person was friendly and easy to work with.
