we offer a full refund/exchange within 1 week of purchase date with a receipt & plant brought back to our store/emailed
WARES
if your item is in resalable condition we are happy to offer an in store credit at any time. if you believe a item is defective in any way please email us/return the planter to our shop and we’ll offer you a replacement or in store credit.
FURNITURE
all furniture items are final sale. damage claims will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. "
