I made 3 payments, I had confirmation for those outgoing payments via my bank. The school then sent me a drop notice by email saying they have not received any payments from me at all. When I notified the school, as well as the manager of my bank called the school personally, but the school said the confirmation codes from the bank wasn’t good enough. The school said my payments were “lost in transaction” and if I didn’t pay more then I was kicked out of class. My bank filed a dispute. The following week the owner of the school called me and yelled at me saying I was accusing her of fraud and that if I didn’t pay those payments again I was booted from the class. During that conversation she said she would accept the dispute so I could get that money back. It is now over a month later and according to my bank she has never accepted the dispute and it is still hanging in the balance. I want that money back. They did not let me sit for my final after I was released from a health department issued quarantine. I received an email on October 21, 2021 stating that I needed to be there the next morning to pay in full and register for a new class and do the whole program all over again and that class had started the previous day and I would already have an absence. We are only allowed 2 missed days. It is unprofessional for them to tell me that I need to start after class was already in session and I’d have a missed day already. I want my $350 refunded from the first class.
