    He left business card for grandma that had actual pave Rocky number on it. My grandma called it and the man said that he is Rocky and does asphalt but not the Rocky that came to both of our houses and did our driveways. That this guy has posed as him countless times and stollen money and business from him. He told my grandma that” I’m sorry mam you have been scammed”

My grandma’s remains half dug up and half somewhat done. He harassed me until almost 11pm at night one night via call, text and showing up knocking on my door uncontrollably until I paid him. I told him wasn’t paying him until job was done and my husband could see it for first time before I felt comfortable paying him. He then became irate and insisted that I pay him or it would be a “major problem for me.” I write him a check from our personal line of credit (which he cashed 2x prior without issue). He was trying to cash it from a POS bank over the phone in my driveway at 10pm. Then came to tell me that he needed a regular check that his bank doesn’t cash personal credit line checks. I told him the did 2 other times and said that was a mistake. I reluctant gave him check from my checking acct. I told him I felt very threatened and didn’t appreciate being talked to and threatened like that. We’re out close to $50,000 and it’s not finished and what is finished is a botched job. My grandma is beside herself and worried to death about this. I have attempted to call and text him numerous time in last month telling him he needed to come finish both of our jobs asap. With no response. His number is now unanswered and mailbox if full. Please help me and my grandma get this fixed.
